We carefully prepare each order within 1-2 business days of receiving your payment. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx
- Estimated delivery: 10-15 business days after shipment
- Includes package tracking
Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS
- Estimated delivery: 15-25 business days after shipment

International Shipping
We ship worldwide (excluding certain Asian regions and remote areas). International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes.
Our Return Promise
We design our clothing to fit and flatter, but understand that sometimes a return is needed. Our 15-day return policy ensures your shopping experience remains as smooth as our French seams.

- Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached
- Original packaging preferred
Non-Returnable Items:
- Underwear (for hygiene reasons)
- Swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
- Final sale items (unless faulty)

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Step 2: Package Your Items
Once approved, repackage items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Include the original packing slip or a copy of your order confirmation.
Step 3: Ship Your Return
We’ll email you a return shipping label. Ship your return within 5 days of approval to:

Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days):
- Credit card/PayPal refunds: Processed within 5 business days (allow 7-10 days for your bank to post)
- Original shipping fees: Non-refundable unless return is due to our error
- International refunds: Issued in USD; amount may vary slightly due to exchange rates
Exchanges
For size exchanges (available for most items except final sale):
- Follow the standard return process above
- Specify your desired size/color in your email
- We’ll ship your new item once we process the return
Note: If the exchange item costs more, you’ll be charged the difference. For lower-priced items, we’ll refund the difference.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or with manufacturing flaws:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos of the damage/flaw
- We’ll cover return shipping and expedite your replacement
