Our Return Promise
We offer 15-day returns from the date of delivery for most items in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags attached). Just like our premium fabrics, we want your shopping experience to be wrinkle-free.
Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on underwear, swimwear, or final sale items unless faulty. This policy mirrors our commitment to quality while respecting health regulations.
Easy Returns Process

Step 2: Package Your Items
Once approved, repackage items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Include the original packing slip or a copy of your order confirmation.
Step 3: Ship Your Return
We’ll provide a return shipping label via email. Ship your return within 5 days of approval to:

Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days):
- Credit card/PayPal refunds: Processed within 5 business days (allow 7-10 days for your bank to post)
- Original shipping fees: Non-refundable unless return is due to our error
Exchanges
For size exchanges (available for most items except final sale):
- Follow the return process above
- Specify your desired size/color in your email
- We’ll ship your new item once we process the return
Note: If the exchange item costs more, you’ll be charged the difference. For lower-priced items, we’ll refund the difference.
International Returns
For customers outside the US (excluding certain Asian regions):
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Allow extra time for international customs processing
- Refunds will be in USD and may vary slightly due to exchange rates
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or with manufacturing flaws (unlike our usual impeccable standards):
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos of the damage/flaw
- We’ll cover return shipping and expedite your replacement
